Heb jij het inzicht om processen te verbeteren en te optimaliseren? Ben jij gewend om te werken in een hectische en dynamische omgeving? Dan zijn we voor ons warehouse in Heerlen op zoek naar jou in de rol als Business Support Manager.

**Hoe ziet jouw dat er uit als Business Support Manager?**

Je zorgt voor een effectieve en efficiënte operationele uitvoering conform contractuele en operationele afspraken. Daarnaast leg je als Business Support Manager de koppeling tussen de operationele en logistieke processen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle afdelingen als één geheel opereren, geeft leiding aan een team van diverse key users enz. waarbij je ondersteuning biedt aan de operatie binnen in het warehouse. Daarnaast beheer en implementeer jij als Business Support Manager de klantafspraken binnen de vestiging Heerlen, dit in overleg met de Site Manager. Jij focust op de afstemmingen met diverse afdelingen binnen de supply chain en bewaakt daarbij de resultaten van jouw verantwoordelijke afdelingen. Tot slot heb je een sturende rol in het opzetten en implementeren van innovatie en automatisering. Jij rapporteert aan de Site Manager en zal voornamelijk van maandag t/m vrijdag in dagdienst opereren, maar hierbij is enige flexibiliteit gevraagd.

**Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn**
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO of universitaire opleiding in een logistieke en/of technische bedrijfskundige richting
- Je hebt ervaring met engineering en het aansturen van een team
- Je beheerst de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, Nederlands is een nice to have.
- Je communiceert effectief, zowel binnen de organisatie als daarbuiten
- Klantervaring is een musthave
- Je bent stressbestendig en sterk in het stellen van prioriteren. Daarnaast kan je worden omschreven als resultaatgericht en weet jij precies hoe je een team moet laten samenwerken en verbinden.
- Aantoonbare resultaten met het opzetten en verbeteren van processen en initiëren en implementeren van innovaties in een logistieke omgeving
- Heb je ervaring met LEAN, dan is dat een pre
