**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage multiple agile software development teams, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and priorities.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, ensuring adherence to scrum principles.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting continuous improvement and learning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
- Implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies, incorporating them into project management practices.

**Requirements**:

- at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a masters degree in information management
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Lead, Project Lead, or similar role in an international agile software development environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure Devops or similar.
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- You are able to chair the scrum rituals (standups, refinements, planning, retrospectives) and you are very strict in guiding the conversations towards the goals of the rituals.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge and experience with ART is a big plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- experienced in actively engaging with developers in the EU or US to drive collaboration and project success.
- You are able to make team members feel comfortable in an egalitarian non-hierarchical working environment, which means that you are able to establish and preserve an working environment where no-one will not hold back to share their vision or opinion even if that means disagreement the more senior members of the team.
- You are able elicit team members on functional and technical aspects of the project.
