We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant for our accounting team in our Global Head Office in Hoofddorp to support (Sr.) Finance Accountant with the processing of invoices. This position is part-time for 16 hours per week, working hours to be agreed in consultation.

**The key activities of this position in detail are**:
**1. Process invoicing**
- To be responsible for the processing of invoices, allocating to appropriate Cost Centre;

**2. Intercompany recharges and reconciliation**
- To support in preparation of invoices (recharges) for the Business Units such as M&S fees, salaries, other costs;
- To take an ownership of the Intercompany Balances reconciliations with other Business Units.

**3. Other duties**
- To support Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration (student or alumni);
- Working experience is not required;
- Basic understanding of accounting bookings and principles of accruals and invoices;
- Attention to details and patience are highly required
