**Als Solution Lead bij KPN New Business ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze commerciële voorkant, waar je samenwerkt met accountmanagers, enterprise architecten, dealmakers en bidmanagers, maar ook met de operationele organisatie waar jouw solution terecht zal komen. In projecten, variërend van klein tot grootschalig, werk je aan strategische deals met een immense impact zowel financieel (> 2,5 miljoen) als in duur, tientallen jaren.**

**Jouw rol als Solution Manager**:
Als Solution Manager heb je de cruciale rol in complexe salestrajecten voor Integration deals bij zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten, waarbij je zowel een inhoudelijke als sturende positie bekleedt. Je leidt een (virtueel) team, variërend afhankelijk van de context, in het ontwerp van de oplossing. Je analyseert de klantbehoeften, evalueert de huidige en gewenste situaties, en onderzoekt de concurrentie en onze positionering samen met het klant
- en/of bidteam. Je bepaalt de mate van standaard dienstverlening en maatwerk, coördineert met service providers, adviseert over migratie
- en implementatiescenario's en levert input aan de dealmaker t.b.v. de commerciële strategie. Je begrijpt de vraag achter de vraag, formuleert de winnende oplossing, integreert input van het Solution-team, stelt de business case op, schrijft klantdocumentatie, en identificeert risico's, kansen en upsell-mogelijkheden. Daarnaast regisseer je de bijdragen van interne en externe Subject Matter Experts, onderhoudt je dialogen op senior managementniveau, en faciliteer je kennisoverdracht binnen KPN middels informatiesessies. Je presenteert de oplossing overtuigend, zowel intern als extern.
- Leiden van een (virtueel) team voor oplossingsontwerp
- Analyseren van klantbehoeften, concurrentie en dienstverleningsniveaus
- Coördineren van maatwerkoplossingen met leverende service providers
- Adviseren over migratie
- en implementatiescenario's en commerciële strategieën
- Coördinatie & inventarisatie van de bijdragen van interne en externe Subject Matter Experts, faciliteren van senior managementdialogen en verzorgen van kennisoverdracht binnen KPN

Je werkt in verschillende projectteams met experts vanuit verschillende disciplines (Bid managers, Enterprise Architecten, dealmakers) nauw samen op een van de KPN kantoor locaties en deels vanuit huis. Met dit team werken we aan impactvolle projecten met grote maatschappelijke relevantie. Daardoor is de saamhorigheid groot. We houden van duidelijkheid, transparantie, dat moet ook, er hangt veel van ons af. Met humor houden we elkaar graag scherp.

Als Solution manager lever je een strategische visie op het belang van technologische ontwikkelingen voor de business en bepaal je in samenwerking met het team de doel-architectuur voor ICT-/ IT-omgevingen. Daarvoor is het cruciaal om een breed scala aan softskills te beheersen. Je moet sterk zijn in samenwerken, leiderschap en coaching, proactief zijn en uitblinken in storytelling, presentatie en stakeholdermanagement. Je moet ook omgevingssensitief zijn, flexibel zijn in je communicatiestijl zodat je in deze unieke werkomgeving met een grote diversiteit aan stakeholders ook mensen mee weet te krijgen in je plannen. Het exceptionele karakter van het werkveld vereist dat je creatief bent in het verkennen van opties en denkrichtingen om zo tot oplossingen te komen die nauw aansluiten bij de unieke behoefte van deze organisatie. Omdat we oplossingen willen aanbieden die toekomstbestendig zijn zorg jij sowieso dat je op de hoogte blijft van de laatste (markt)ontwikkelingen.

**van ons?**:
Natuurlijk hebben we als werkgever jou ook veel te bieden. Dit krijg je van ons:

- Een bruto maandsalaris van mínimaal € 5.775;
- en maximaal € 9.125;
- afhankelijk van je werkervaring op basis van 37 uur
- Keuzetijd tot en met 40 uur per week mogelijk, waardoor je er maximaal 8,5% brutosalaris bij krijgt
- Een toeslag van 10,5% van je bruto maandsalaris (inclusief 8% vakantiegeld)
