**Wat is ons verhaal?**:

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Als Legal Support Officer ben je onderdeel van het Legal & Compliance team en fungeer je als verbindende schakel met het Security Office van Enovation. Informatiebeveiliging staat centraal in onze dienstverlening en is verweven door de hele organisatie, dus ook met Legal & Compliance. Het team en jouw rol raakt de kern van onze activiteiten, waardoor je betrokken bent bij diverse afdelingen en met alle rollen en functies binnen de organisatie te maken hebt.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en verwerken van (template) verwerkersovereenkomsten, voorwaarden en documentatie. Daarnaast beantwoord je vragen van klanten, leveranciers en collega’s. Je bent betrokken bij leveranciers
- en risicobeoordelingen en je draagt bij aan audits, met een focus op de juridische en compliance aspecten. Je kent de weg binnen de organisatie en helpt bij het up-to-date houden van ons managementsysteem.

Op het gebied van Security, Legal en Compliance ben je onderdeel van een team en werk je dagelijks samen met de Head of Legal & Compliance, Legal Counsel, de CISO en het securityteam. Onze kwaliteit bestaat immers uit adequate informatiebeveiliging en gegevensbescherming.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

- Assisteren bij dagelijkse juridische werkzaamheden en projecten;
- Voorbereiden en beheren van juridische documenten en contracten;
- Assisteren bij het naleven van wet
- en regelgeving;
- Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders;
- Meedraaien in het doorlopende interne
- en externe auditprogramma.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
Slaan de onderstaande punten op jou? Dan denken we dat je een match bent en nodigen we je uit om te reageren.
- Mbo/hbo werk
- en denkniveau. Een juridische of compliance achtergrond is een pré;
- Affiniteit met zorg en IT en uiteraard het juridische vakgebied;
- Uitstekend in Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift;
- Je weet proactief op te treden, vangt signalen op en communiceert met transparantie en eerlijkheid;
- Je bent een volhouder, nieuwsgierig en stopt pas zodra je precies weet hoe iets zit.

- Een afwisselende functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week;
- Salaris afhankelijk van ervaring tussen €2.800;
- en €3.500;
- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
- 8% vakantietoeslag;
- Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen per jaar, op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
- Mogelijkheid tot extra vakantiedagen via onze compensatieregeling;
- Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een laptop, telefoon en thuiswerkvoorzieningen;
- Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken;

**Werklocatie**:
Je werkt in principe vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Capelle aan den IJssel, direct aan de Maas, aan de voet van de Van Brienenoordbrug. Verder is het mogelijk om deels vanuit huis te werken. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid naast het kantoor en goede bereikbaarheid met het OV.
