**Customer Support Representative**

**Wat ga je Doen?**

Samen met andere collega's van het Customer Success Team werk je aan hulpmiddelen die antwoord geven op veelgestelde vragen. Je bent goed op de hoogte van wat er speelt bij onze klanten en rapporteert dit aan je manager, zodat we onze klanten nog beter en op een schaalbare manier kunnen ondersteunen.

Als je snel kunt schakelen, communicatief vaardig bent en graag diverse problemen oplost, dan is deze functie voor jou.

**Werkzaamheden**:

- ** Klantcontact**: Oplossen van inkomende vragen via verschillende kanalen.
- **Administratieve ondersteuning**: Behandelen van financieel-administratieve vragen vanuit onze klanten en partners. Daarnaast beheer je de crediteurenadministratie.
- ** Samenwerken met interne teams**: Doordat jij de klant dagelijks spreekt, weet je als geen ander wat er speelt. Je rapporteert aan verschillende collega’s over de klantervaringen en denkt mee aan schaalbare verbeteringen in de customer journey.
- **Prioriteren en Escaleren**: Prioriteren van inkomende vragen en problemen op basis van urgentie en impact, en indien nodig zorgen voor escalatie naar hogere niveaus van ondersteuning binnen het bedrijf.
- ** Meewerken aan het helpcenter**: Bijdragen aan het opstellen en bijwerken van een uitgebreide helpcenter met uitleg over onze tool, veelgestelde vragen, oplossingen voor problemen.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je bent voor mínimaal 32 uur beschikbaar
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht
- Ervaring in marketing of klantenservice is een pré
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent veelzijdig, proactief en steekt de handen graag uit de mouwen
- Het is een pré wanneer je ervaring hebt binnen een SaaS-bedrijf.
