**THE ROLE**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acting as the local HR contact for employees
- Maintaining the personnel information system (SuccessFactors)
- Executing the personnel administration activities and preparing the salary changes
- Daily assistance for all common HR activities and projects
- Recruitment of new interns

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Essential:
- **You must be enrolled as HBO/WO student in**: Psychology, HRM or other relevant field of study
- An excellent command of the **Dutch **and **English** languages, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement.
- You are eager to learn.
- You are proactive.
- You are accurate and pay attention to details.
- **You are available minimum 4 days per week.**
- Desirable:
- French is an advantage;
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
