We are seeking a **Global HR & Employee Experience Intern **to support our global HR policy management efforts at Stolt-Nielsen. Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: Chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG.

**What will you be doing**

As our intern based at our Rotterdam headquarters (HQ), you will support the Executive Assistant & Employee Experience Specialist. Your primary focus will be creating a policy structure that ensures consistency, legal compliance, and an enhanced employee experience. Clear policies contribute to a positive workplace and guiding decision-making processes

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with regional HR stakeholders to review and update global policies.
- Ensure local policies align with global standards and are easily understandable.
- Conduct research to stay up to date with legal guidelines.
- Regularly update the HR portal, our employee experience platform to provide accurate and consistent information related to various people initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Communication, Legal or related fields.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and having knowledge of SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve project goals with a hands-on mentality and having a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Extra**
- Internship duration: 6 months.
- You will have the opportunity to work 3 days per week from our Rotterdam headquarters (HQ) in the historic Veerhaven area.
- We offer an internship allowance of €650 based on full-time working hours.
