The Job
Als Sales Support Representative ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Dit betreft met name Key Accounts in de gehele Benelux. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige orderproces en zorgt voor een optimale service en support richting de klant en het eigen Sales Team. Ook draag je zorg voor de ondersteuning van de sales en aftersales. Multitasken in deze functie is dagelijks aan de orde en je hebt dan ook veel contact met veel verschillende afdelingen, intern en extern. Analytische kennis speelt een grote rol in deze functie, zo zal je op basis van de sales cijfers in overleg gaan met zowel het Sales team als met jouw klanten om de juiste strategie te bepalen.
Your Mission
- Zorgen voor een optimale service en support richting je klanten;
- Zorg dragen voor het volledige orderproces van intake tot het leveren van de artikelen in de winkels;
- Bewaken en analyseren van de omzet
- en verkoopresultaten van je klanten;
- Support verlenen aan je sales collega’s door middel van het maken en analyseren van rapportages;
- Aandragen van suggesties ter verbetering van de business;
- Volledig verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer van je klanten;
- Intensieve samenwerking met het Sales Team bij bijvoorbeeld het voorbereiden van Sales Meetings;
- Zo nu en dan bezoeken van winkels en deelnemen aan Sales Meetings van jouw klanten;
- Intensieve samenwerking met onze Visual Merchandiser;
- Administratieve opvolging van het logistieke proces in samenwerking met ons Warehouse in Tilburg.

Your Talent
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau en mínimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële positie;
- Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Commercieel, leergierig, communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig;
- Kan acteren en organiseren in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving en heeft een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
- Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel en Word);
- Procesmatig kunnen denken en handelen;
- Sterk analytisch vermogen;
- Zelfstandig en pro-actief;
