**CapitalatWork Foyer Group** is een onafhankelijke, dynamische vermogensbeheerder voor particuliere en professionele klanten. Reeds meer dan 30 jaar focussen wij ons op een zeer performant vermogensbeheer en vermogensplanning. We beheren een vermogen van ongeveer 10,4 miljard euro. We zijn gevestigd in drie landen en hebben negen kantoren: Antwerpen, Breda, Brussel, Eindhoven, Gent, Kortrijk, Leuven, Louvain-La-Neuve en Luxemburg. Op basis van onze goede naam en reputatie, hebben we momenteel meer dan 140 enthousiaste en gemotiveerde specialisten in dienst.
Om ons team in Breda te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Commercial Assistant**.
**Uw functie**:
Als Commercial Assistant bent u verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de commerciële relatiebeheerders in samenwerking met de portefeuillebeheerder(s). De belangrijkste taken hierbij zijn:
- Administratieve opvolging van de cliëntendossiers conform interne en externe regelgeving;
- Het voorbereiden van afspraken met cliënten en prospects;
- Ondersteuning bieden aan en samenwerking met het marketingteam (presentaties, evenementen );
**Uw profiel**:
- U heeft reeds een eerste ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector;
- U houdt van initiatief nemen, u bent veelzijdig en houdt van een job die flexibiliteit, dynamiek, discretie en autonomie vereist;
- U heeft een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, daarnaast beheerst u bij voorkeur ook het Engels goed. Kennis van het Frans is een voordeel;
- U heeft een zeer goede kennis van de diverse Microsoft Office programma’s zoals Word, Excel, Powerpoint, en bij voorkeur ook ervaring met sociale media.
