Wil jij jouw kennis en ervaring op het gebied van sorteermachines/ -camera’s binnen de food gaan inbrengen? Als Area Manager Sorting bij ons in Lelystad speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van onze optische sorteermachines en het verbeteren van onze processen.

**Wat ga je doen?**
In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de capaciteits
- en efficiëntie scores van alle machines (Halo/VeryX/ADR/Pulsar/Manta). En in de toekomst ook van andere optische sorteercamera's (bijv. Welliver Vision). Hierbij implementeer je de optische sorteerstrategie vanuit Central Europe. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze machines op volle kracht draaien door essentiële processen en standaardwerkmethoden te implementeren en te verbeteren.

Andere verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je bent de go-to persoon voor onze teams als het gaat om het oplossen van problemen en het verbeteren van (machine) prestaties. Van het analyseren van afwijkingen tot het begeleiden van verbetersessies, jij doet het allemaal.
- Door actieve deelname aan multidisciplinaire werkgroepen en het delen van best praktices zorg je ervoor dat onze fabriek altijd voorop loopt.
- Zorg ervoor dat onze Best Operational Practices worden toegepast en bijgewerkt in samenwerking met de Lijnmanagers, Shift Supervisors, Teamleiders en Operators.
- Analyseer afwijkingen van standaarden met de teams
- Coach onze operators in continue verbeteringsprocessen
- Animeer analysesessies zoals 5 Why’s, Ishikawa Diagram, etc.
- Zorg voor procesaudits van onze lijnen in samenwerking met de Europese Technische Dienst.

**Wat neem jij mee?**
Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden weet je teams te motiveren en te inspireren, en ben je een echte teamspeler. Daarnaast beschik jij over:

- Een afgeronde technische opleiding op HBO-niveau.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring, het liefst in een dynamische productieomgeving zoals de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
- Je hebt niet alleen kennis van Kaizen en 6-Sigma, maar je kunt deze ook toepassen in de praktijk.

Dit is een rol voor onze plant te Lelystad. Deze plant ligt langs de A6 in een filevrije omgeving. Je vindt hier een open communicatie terug, waar iedereen nauw betrokken is bij het continu verbeteren van onze processen en eindproducten.
