Customer Acquisition Manager

**About Us**: Bye Bra is a recognized international brand for ladies’ shapewear and backless/strapless solutions. We design, develop and sell internationally across different channels, from our head office in The Nederland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.
- Lead negotiations and due diligence processes for acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate acquired businesses effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management.
- The role is focused on customer acquisition but the order management team may need help and support from time to time during peak season, to manage incoming orders and customers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 Years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
- Proven experience in acquisition management within the fashion industry.
- Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant acquisition management software
- Experience with digital marketing and social media is a plus
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
