Voor een internationale organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een warehouse Operational Co-ordinator. De organisatie is actief in de offshore branche en is vooral actief in de installatie van pijpleidingen voor olie
- en gastransport.

**TIL JE CARRIÈRE NAAR EEN HOGER NIVEAU**:
Voor een toonaangevende aannemer in de offshore energiemarkt zijn wij opzoek naar een doorgewinterde logistieke Co-ordinator. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en de uitvoeringen van grote en complexe offshore projecten en verleggen voortdurend de grenzen van techniek. Met hun eigen vloot aan gespecialiseerde schepen, die zei zelf hebben ontworpen, werken zei wereldwijd en zijn uitgerust met de meest geavanceerde apparatuur en systemen. Het bedrijf is actief op vier gebieden: pijplijninstallatie, zwaar hijswerk, diepzeemijnbouw en afvalopvang in rivieren.

Voor de locaties in Rotterdam & Heijningen, zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator.

**WIJ ZOEKEN MENSEN DIE**:

- Minimaal een mbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in de logistiek;
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in operationele en/of coördinerende warehouse functies binnen de logistiek of maritieme sector;
- Uitstekende kennis van ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Oracle en/of SAP) en business intelligence;
- Goede kennis van MS Office-programma's;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

**WAT HOUDT DE JOB IN?**:
Als Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief uitvoeren van de warehouse-activiteiten. Dit betekent dat je voorraadbeheer, logistieke processen en douaneprocessen opstelt en vertaalt naar de dagelijkse praktijk.

De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring met het coördineren van magazijnactiviteiten en combineert dit met een praktische, positieve aanpak. Dit is een geweldige kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen onze groeiende divisie en ondersteuning te bieden aan meerdere afdelingen op onze locatie.

**JOUW TAKEN & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:

- Begeleiden en monitoren van voorraadtellingen (stock/cycle counts) in het warehouse;
- Afhandelen van afwijkingen die voortkomen uit de voorraadtellingen;
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt en troubleshooter voor het warehouse;
- Regelmatig verifiëren van de voorraad en fysieke ondersteuning bieden aan het magazijnpersoneel;
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van magazijnprocessen en -instructies;
- Samenwerken met warehouse engineers om werkinstructies te ontwikkelen die logistieke processen en de algemene werkwijze verbeteren;
- Training geven aan magazijnpersoneel om warehouseprocessen duidelijk en effectief naar de werkvloer te vertalen.

**VOORWAARDEN WAAR JE VOOR WARM LOOPT**:
