As a Leadership and Business Learning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the analyze, design and development of learning content and learning initiatives in line with the learning vision, strategy and business needs and objectives. Part of the role is managing the Learning Program Manager(s) and Learning Support team. A close collaboration with the Global Learning Advisor(s), Regional L&D and HR Partner(s), Learning Delivery Manager and the Global Head of Learning is crucial.
Your role- You are responsible for the design of blended learning materials and programs for leadership and business skills in close collaboration with the sponsor or content owner;- You manage and collaboration with the team of Learning Program Manager and Learning Support supporting the portfolios;- You manage design, development and approval of learning designs, quality review, acceptance of content and communicating deployment;- You keep current on leading-edge solutions, features and functionality to incorporate into the design and development of the learning solutions;- You identify opportunities to blend internally created content with externally sourced resources to provide the highest impact experience for the learner;- You assist in deployment of content to Fugro Academy Learning environment in collaboration with HRIS colleagues;- You follow Fugro Academy process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.- You are able to gather relevant learning data, get to insights and translate to actions for building a learning culture and internal continuous improvement;- You are working closely together with vendors for the programs supported externally;- You share passion for learning with the enterprise through marketing activities, fostering a learning culture with employees at all levels of the organization.
Your track record- You have at least 8 years experience in Learning and Development, Implementing Learning solutions for Leadership and Business Skills;- You have a relevant BSc or MSc degree- You have effective communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;- You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
