**Your impact and responsibilities**
As the Head of Healthcare Services, you are the driving force behind transforming data into actionable insights that reshape healthcare. A key aspect of your role is leading a large, dynamic team, consisting of 5-6 direct reports and overseeing an additional 30+ indirect team members. You will inspire and guide your team to deliver high-impact analytics solutions that help hospitals and healthcare institutions make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your leadership will ensure that your team operates efficiently, fosters a culture of innovation, and consistently achieves both client and organizational goals. Additionally, you’ll be optimizing LOGEX's internal processes to ensure we are delivering these insights effectively, scaling our services, and meeting our financial objectives.
Your role is both strategic and hands-on, with a dual focus on making a tangible impact in healthcare and driving operational excellence and profitability within LOGEX.
**What You’ll Do:
- **Improve** **Healthcare **with Data**: Lead initiatives that use our cutting-edge financial analytics software to help hospitals reduce costs, streamline operations, and ultimately deliver better patient outcomes.
- ** Optimize** Internal Processes for Success**: Implement and refine scalable processes that increase the efficiency of our service delivery, ensuring that our teams can deliver value more effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
- ** Drive LOGEX's Financial Success**: Take ownership of reaching financial goals by optimizing budgets, maximizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring we hit revenue and profitability targets.
- ** Innovate for Growth**: Work with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings that align with market needs and expand LOGEX’s footprint in the healthcare space.
- ** Foster Strong Client Relationships**: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their success through our analytics solutions.
- ** Lead with Impact**: Inspire and motivate your team to excel in delivering value both to our clients and internally, while cultivating a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
**Your team**
You’ll be leading a talented team of 30 professionals from diverse backgrounds in healthcare and data analytics. Your team’s mission? To deliver insights that empower hospitals and medical specialists to make better decisions—whether it’s forecasting capacity needs or optimizing patient care pathways. And with your leadership, they’ll do just that, while also growing as individuals.

- ** Bilingual**: Fluent in Dutch and English, you’re comfortable communicating in both language
