**What You'll Do**:
In this leading role, you'll oversee the entire service delivery process, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of major projects like the Shipdock project in Amsterdam North and the ABN AMRO Towers. You'll manage client relationships, are the go-to person for service-related issues, and continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency.
Leading a talented team of project managers and engineers, you'll foster a high-performance culture aligned with OMRT’s goals. You'll also monitor financial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, and profit margins to ensure we stay on track.
**What You'll Bring**:
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do mentality. You have experience in project/process management, preferably in the building sector, and a knack for client-centric process thinking. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you'll be driving a collaborative and high-performing essential team. Clear communication, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail are must-haves. You are assertive, resilient, a good listener, and stay resolute.
**Key Requirements**
- Extensive experience in project/process management, preferably in the building sector
- Demonstrate proficiency in operational and automation systems (such as SAP, Netsuite, CRM, etc)
- Experienced leader and mentor, familiar with developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
- Start-up/Scale-up experience
- Strong in client-centric process thinking and relationship management
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Dutch
