**About the Role: Head of Quality Assurance**

The Head of Quality Assurance is a key leadership role at Yoursafe, responsible for ensuring that our software tools and services are used effectively and efficiently to deliver exceptional results both internally and externally. Reporting directly to the management board, you will oversee a small, dedicated team of communication specialists and compliance analysts to manage onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes for customers worldwide.

In this role, you will deeply understand and "live" the tools and services Yoursafe offers. With your logical thinking and ability to understand complex IT systems from a user perspective, you will guide your team and collaborate with others to optimize tool usage. Leveraging AI-driven solutions, you will create guides and videos for internal teams (payment, risk, support, compliance) and external customers across various verticals.

This position is ideal for business computer science professionals, business automation experts, and legal professionals passionate about optimizing tools and systems for success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master the functionalities of Yoursafe’s software tools and services, ensuring their optimal use across all teams and customer interactions.
- Lead a team of communication specialists and compliance analysts dedicated to customer onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams (payment, risk, support, compliance) to enhance their processes through effective tool usage.
- Develop AI-generated guides and instructional videos to educate both internal teams and external customers.
- Oversee customer experience across various verticals to ensure satisfaction and compliance with internal standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the management board on software and process improvements.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- A natural logical thinker with an innate ability to understand complex IT systems from a user’s perspective.
- At least 5 years of experience working in business computer science, business automation, business processes, or legal processes.
- Highly skilled in internet technologies and automation tools.
- Thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire a small team.
- Excels at creating instructional materials and training solutions using AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Is passionate about optimizing tools and systems to improve both internal operations and customer experiences.
