MTM Engineering Ltd have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly expanding team in Amsterdam as an Electrical Quality Assurance / Quality Control.

MTM Engineering was established in 1997 and is an Electrical Engineering company that specialises in MV & LV electrical cable installation, termination services, and containment solutions for a wide range of construction projects. Our expertise spans across industries such as Data Centres and Pharmaceutical throughout Europe and beyond.
- **Responsibilities **_
- Complete inspection of MTM works on cable install, termination, and Glanding of LV and MV cables.
- Maintain inspection records of MTM works using bespoke MTM APP and BIM platforms.
- Liaise with Client / Electrical contractor on submission of QA Inspection records in a timely manner in line with yellow tag dates.
- Close out queries on equipment with MTM team and Client which may impact on MTM progress.
- Work with the QA and Construction team to implement corrective and preventative actions in line with snag lists from MTM bespoke QA App system.
- Work with the MTM construction team to communicate best practices, mock-ups, first of kinds to ensure consistent quality is achieved.
- Assist in completion of monthly and weekly QA audits and toolbox talks as required.
- Ensure that QA activities are tracked to completion to achieve project deadlines.

**Essential Criteria**
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Self-motivated to ensure that project deadlines are achieved.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Ability to support, manage, lead, and enthuse others.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous electrical experience in Data Centre works,
- Previous experience in cable install, glanding and terminating on industrial cabling.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amsterdam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical Quality Assurance / Quality Control: 3 years (preferred)

Work authorization:

- Netherlands (required)
