We are looking for an experienced Event Management Leader to strategically elevate our events division - driving the growth of our Glamping and VIP areas to new heights. With a passion for first-class events and a strong commercial focus, you spearhead the expansion and scaling of our event offerings. **Your impact**:

- ** Development of our Events Unit**: Strategic leadership and advancement of existing proof-of-concepts to increase our efficiency and profitability.
- ** Scaling of our Glampings and VIPs**: Planning and implementing scalable concepts for Glamping and VIP offers across multiple European locations.
- ** Customer Communication Optimization**: Implementing cross-channel, top-tier communication that makes an event experience unforgettable for our customers.
- ** Ensuring Profitability**: Maximizing profitability through targeted sales strategies, efficient resource use, and the introduction of new processes.
- ** Product Presentation**: Responsibility for a sales-driven presentation and continuous optimization of our products on the website to increase our conversion rate.
- ** Logistics Optimization**: Developing and implementing scalable processes for event set-ups in close collaboration with our logistics department.

**Your Top 3 Goals**:

- ** Expansion of the Business Unit**: In the coming months, identify at least two new opportunities for profitable events and align your team’s growth accordingly.
- ** Increase Profitability**: Exceed the target margin developed with management through cost optimizations and appropriate sales strategies.
- ** Process Optimization**: Together with our logistics team, reduce our time and cost expenditure by 20% through scalable and value-adding processes.
- Several years of experience in leading and executing events, ideally with a focus on large events, festivals, or VIP experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills for identifying and leveraging new revenue opportunities and financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure a top-notch event experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness when dealing with partners, stakeholders, and team members.
- High willingness to travel to ensure smooth on-site event execution together with the team.
- Joy in working with an international team and in a dynamic, experience-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills in German or Dutch are a plus
