At Yummygum we make top notch digital solutions for amazing clients at spectacular companies, big and small. From our clean and mínimal office located in the heart of Amsterdam we refine, design and build brands and digital products.

**Being a Digital Designer**
As a Digital Designer at Yummygum you'll be kicking it with the rest of the design squad doing designery things. But in all seriousness your team is responsible for making sure everything looks beautiful AND usable.

You'll be working on designing the most gorgeous web app and mobile app UIs, web experiences, icons and even get your hands dirty with some motion.

You'll spend your day picking up tasks in ClickUp and designing in Figma. And of course meme'ing around on Slack. You're in direct contact with our clients. This means finding the right words to say why you made such and such design decision is key. Not just towards the client but also the rest of the team.

Together we'll be focussing on setting up a personal growth framework, encouraging and facilitating you to grow in the things you love doing.

**What are you capable of?**
You know your way around in Figma and Design Systems like no other. Working with Components, Styles and perhaps even Variables is something you’re very familiar with. You are aware of how design decisions, like a certain color or corner radius, affects the look and feel of a design. You also have no problem transforming wireframes into finger-licking, pixel perfect designs. Better yet you actively think about the user experience as you craft interfaces.

You’re intrigued by creating beautiful designs that are consistent and usable. You know how to put your design decisions into words and love getting inspired by team mates.

Ideally you've received a degree that’s closely related to everything we mentioned above. Communication & Multimedia Design or Media College to name a few. You absolutely love designing and you have a portfolio that exists of more than just what was asked from you from your study.

**In short, you’ll**
- Help set up & use design systems with atomic design
- Design beautiful & usable UIs
- Elaborate and explain your designs to the client
- Create app and website designs for multiple clients

**What we need from you**
- A portfolio that shows your work
- Speak & write Dutch flawlessly & English sufficiently
- +4 years of UI design experience
- Know Figma like the back of your hand
- Experience with design systems
- Experience in collaborating with developers
- A keen eye for detail
- UX thinking
- Experience in motion design (pre)

Pay: €2.866,00 - €3.768,00 per month
