Role Summary:
The Warehouse Operative plays a fundamental role in the operational functionality of Fliteboard’s warehouse. This role ensures that our innovative products reach customers in a timely and accurate manner, reflecting the premium quality and service. Adherence to safety, accuracy in order processing, and active collaboration with the team are fundamental expectations from this role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of products according to dispatch schedules.
- Assist in preparing and packaging products for shipment.
Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Implement inventory storage solutions that optimize space and preserve product quality
Product Assemblies:
- Collaborate with the warehouse team on product assembly tasks.
- Ensure all assembled products adhere to quality standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory and conducting regular stock counts
- Report any discrepancies or issues with relevant departments.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move items of varying sizes and weights.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and machinery.
