Are you a hands-on logistics expert ready to get things done? Moyee is looking for a
Warehouse Operator to keep our operations running smoothly. From managing our
warehouse and handling orders to keeping our office organized—you’re the one
making it all happen. You’ll ensure our customers receive their orders on time,
maintain an organized workspace, and be ready to jump in wherever needed. Up for

**WAREHOUSE OPERATOR**:
Your responsibilities:
**Order fulfilment sidekick**
- Collaborate with the Order Manager on backorders: grind, pack, and
get everything ready for shipment.
- Support the coffee roaster with production, packaging coffee, and
assembling sample packs.

**Warehouse wizardry**
- Inspect, log, and store incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records—every item is accounted for in the system.
- Prepare orders for transport—always accurate, always on time.
- Handle pallet transfers and verify all documents are in order.
- Ready for last-minute deliveries? Hop in the car and make it happen.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for action.

**Office vibes keeper**
- Keep office supplies stocked and ensure a functional workspace.
- Ensure the office looks great: clean the coffee machine, manage
waste, and keep things tidy.
- Be the main contact for suppliers and service providers.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in warehouse and/or office management (experience with ODOO
or similar systems is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, an MBO education level, and enjoy alternating
between warehouse and office tasks.
- A driver’s license—you’ll occasionally need to handle urgent deliveries.
