**You and your talent**
- Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor degree;
- Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication in English is required;
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Strive for ongoing process enhancements.

**This is what we offer you**
- A salary between € 4292;
- and € 6130;
- gross per month (scale 9)
- A thirteenth month and holiday pay
