We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology within IAM at one of the largest financial instituions in Netherlands. You will ensure the security and integrity of digital assets related to employee access.
**Responsibilities**:
- Translate complex targets into designs and blueprints for solutions, aligning with Product Owners, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.
- Develop cross-domain solutions with high value.
- Analyze requirements and engineer efficient business solutions and processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define target states and develop implementation plans.
- Monitor the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and provide improvement guidance.
- Ensure designs are aligned with business and IT architecture frameworks.
- Act as a sparring partner for business, development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market and technological developments, incorporating these into designs.
- Provide essential information to the DevOps team for solution design translation.
**Your ideal profile**
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge and implementation experience with IAM protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM).
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in English.
- Mastery in requirement analysis and data insights.
- Experienced in networking and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Commitment to high-quality product standards.
