As a business analyst for the team that handles all data flows to enable the KYC teams to perform reviews, you can make a difference in how thousands of colleagues work
**You and your job**
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Data Enablement / Data Producer Squad within the FEC TECH tribe, you are the link between the business, IT, data (external) parties, and architecture. Together with the Data Engineers, you ensure that migrations, new data points, and the newly built CDD Datastore go live according to the specified requirements and wishes.
**You and your responsibilities**
- Gathering business and technical requirements by organizing and leading requirement sessions with cross-functional teams
- Developing user stories, validating them with the team, and ensuring that the user stories can be picked up in our backlog system (Azure DevOps)
- Contributing to the creation of the implementation plans, impact analyses, functional designs, and documentation of business requirements.
**You and your talent**
- Completed HBO/WO;
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a business analyst, process manager, or a similar role in a data domain;
- Experience in creating process flows and optimizing systems, with knowledge of associated control and reporting needs;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English;
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills;
- Proactive and able to work independently;
- Focus on the customer;
- A team player and able to coach team members;
- An analytical thinker and problem solver with a can-do mentality;
- Technical background in Databricks or Azure Data Factory is a pre; Financial background is a pre.
**This is what we offer you**
- a gross yearly salary of up to ~ € 85.000;
- (based on a 40-hour work contract & skills, experience and knowledge)
- 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly installments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
- an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash payout.
- an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,
- 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.

- net work-from-home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
- a monthly € 40;
- net internet allowance.
- an attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
- a 13th month and 8% holiday allowance;
- an extra budget of 10-11% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you wish. Buy extra vacation days, contribute extra to your pension, or have part of the budget paid out;
- a combination of working from home and at the office. This means you will work from home and also collaborate with the team at our headquarters in Utrecht.
