Onze locatie in Boxmeer introduceert virale levende vaccins volgens strikte GMP-normen. Het Integrated Proces Team (IPT) heeft als afdelingen Central Filling & Freeze Drying (CFFD) en Sterile Filling & Freeze Drying (SFFD) en de ondersteunende activiteiten Planning, Maintenance & Reliability en Improvement. De CFFD teams zijn verantwoordelijk voor de productie van ongeveer 35 levende vaccins voor pluimvee, grote dieren en kleine gezelschapsdieren. Dit zijn gevriesdroogde preparaten in flesjes die worden gevuld in steriele ruimtes volgens strenge normen. De afdeling CFFD telt ongeveer 70 medewerkers in dag
- en ploegendienst die samen meer dan 35 miljoen stuks per jaar produceren.

**Over de rol**

Als Production Improvement Officer heb je kennis en inzicht van de procesvoering van de afdeling. Je bent in staat om het productieproces te optimaliseren en ondersteuning bij projecten te bieden. Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en de veiligheid in de productie. Afwijkingen onderzoek je met behulp van verschillende methodieken waarbij jij de lead hebt. De positie van Production Improvement Officer is een ideale opstap. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en afdelingen. Dit stelt je in staat om snel kennis en kunde te vergaren welke we graag samen met jou verder ontwikkelen.

Primaire verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de optimalisatie en verbetering van deelprocessen binnen de afdeling op het gebied van GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) en veiligheid.
- Met je enthousiaste werkhouding heb je een voorbeeldfunctie bij het op een juiste wijze uitvoeren van de werkprocessen op de afdeling.
- Bij veranderingen in eisen ben jij degene die een impact bepaling kan doen op onze werkprocessen en ervoor zorgt dat de verandering wordt opgenomen binnen de bestaande werkwijzes.
- Als spin in het web ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze Quality afdeling.
- Je bent betrokken bij transfers van bestaande en nieuwe producten en bij optimalisaties. Hierbij fungeer je als project teamlid.
- Je rapporteert aan de Operations Lead Central Filling & Freeze Drying.

Jouw profiel:

- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding (bij voorkeur HLO/ HTS, microbiologie, (bio)chemie, procestechnologie).
- Microbiologische kennis van farmaceutische technieken en methodes en kan deze overdragen aan anderen.
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen een complexe productieomgeving.
- Stressbestendig, prioriteiten kunnen bepalen.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Ervaring met SAP, Reliance en diverse productiesystemen is een pré.
- Is in staat anderen te enthousiasmeren bij verander
- en/of verbeterprocessen.
