**Your internship**:
We’re in business to save our home planet. Your internship will contribute to this by supporting our seasonal product and brand campaign roll out on our website.

**Main tasks**:
Under the guidance and support of the Web Content Customer Journey Lead, you will support the development of new workflows and web content optimization projects such as: Footprint content refresh, end-to-end workflow design for SEO implementation, EMEA campaign launch support (e.g. Black Friday approach), reporting process set-up for brand campaigns for our website.

Within those projects you will learn the following:

- provide feedback to internal stakeholders including design team, brand marketing front-end production
- plan and manage the seasonal web content calendar for Europe
- interpret available data to optimize onsite customer journey
- QA weekly web releases
- plan, brief launch EU-lead campaigns on our website

**What we’re looking for**:

- A love of the outdoors
- An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work
- Enrolled in University or higher education studies for the duration of the internship
- Interest in Web Content Onsite Customer Journey, UX knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software
- Fluency in English. German, French or Italian is a plus
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detailed oriented

**Other important details**:

- This is a full time internship based in Amsterdam
- We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week.
