**What to Expect**

As a Delivery Manager at Tesla, you will be responsible for the daily operations regarding the handover of Tesla vehicles at multiple locations across the Netherlands. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists and ensure that each delivery runs smoothly and is customer-focused. You will coordinate all aspects of the delivery day, from handovers to managing the schedule for new appointments and completing the necessary paperwork associated with deliveries.

In this role, you will be the key player in providing an unparalleled customer experience. You will work closely with the delivery team and other departments to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied when picking up their new Tesla. Continuously improving processes and customer satisfaction will be central to your responsibilities.

We are open to consider other locations - however, we expect you to be in the Tilburg office 3 days a week

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the Front of House team (Customer Experience Specialists) and ensure a flawless delivery experience.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery experiences by developing and implementing standard procedures.
- Coordinate handover processes and finalize all necessary documentation.
- Manage the acceptance of deliveries and the intake of trade-ins.
- Oversee the delivery spaces and ensure efficient vehicle flow.
- Track missing documents or signatures and ensure they are completed.
- Manage the delivery schedule and assist customers in confirming their appointments.
- Optimize the customer experience by continually evaluating and improving processes.
- Deliver a smooth and hassle-free handover of new vehicles to our customers.

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in managing customer-facing teams, preferably in hospitality or a similar sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in motivating and coaching team members.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license in the Netherlands.
