Voor de snel uitbreidende vestiging van Baker Tilly te Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Transfer Pricing specialist met een aantal jaar ervaring.
Jij gaat je kennis en vaardigheden inzetten om samen met de andere adviseurs van de Transfer Pricing Desk, de uitgebreide cliëntenportefeuille te voorzien van passende Transfer Pricing advisering. Dit zowel op het gebied van het opstellen van de (wettelijk vereiste) documentatie, als ook op het gebied van optimalisatie van de interne transacties (business restructuring).

Als Transfer Pricing specialist werk je samen met gemotiveerde, ervaren collega's op het gebied van Transfer Pricing advisering aan hun cliënten. Je werkt samen in een informele en open cultuur aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening aan de cliënten van jouw collega's.

Als Transfer Pricing specialist kom je in aanraking met de uiteenlopende aspecten van Transfer Pricing advisering:

- Het opstellen van (wettelijk vereiste) transfer pricing documentatie;
- Het toetsen van door cliënten, dan wel partners binnen het Baker Tilly International netwerk, opgestelde transfer pricing documentatie aan de Nederlandse wettelijke vereisten;
- Het indienen en uitonderhandelen van Advanced Pricing Agreements met het APA-team van de belastingdienst;
- Het begeleiden van collegae met Transfer Pricing vraagstukken bij hun cliënten (inclusief eventueel overleg met de belastingdienst);
- Het - zo nodig in internationaal verband - uitvoeren van business restructuring-trajecten.
- Je beschikt over een afgeronde universitaire opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale economie.
- Je hebt mínimaal 6 jaar ervaring binnen transfer pricing en/of Tax advisory.
