**About this vacancy**:
Als Business Manager bij TMC Chemical bouw je je eigen team van werkondernemers die werken aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van innovatieve producten en processen binnen onder andere de Farma
- en Hightechindustrie. Zo werken we met onze klanten aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe API's, coatings, biobased materialen, hightech apparaten en nog veel meer.
De hoofdtaken van een Business Manager zijn:
- Het werven en selecteren van de juiste mensen voor in je eigen team
- Het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het opbouwen van nieuwe klantrelaties
- Het sparren met klanten over technische opdrachten en inschatten wie van je teamleden deze kan uitvoeren
- Het begeleiden van je teamleden. Wij streven ernaar om voor zoveel mogelijk mensen een goede en invloedrijke werkgever te zijn

- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding richting Business, Economie, Management of Wetenschap & Techniek
- Je bent iemand met een oog voor de mens. Je wil in gesprekken graag de onderste steen boven halen en stelt veel vragen.

- Je hebt ervaring of een duidelijke motivatie richting arbeidsbemiddeling
