**| HET PROJECT**

Als Account Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen van de relatie met de partners van ASML op basis van vertrouwen, wederzijdse belangen en voordelen. De Account Lead moet een leveranciersstrategie definiëren en uitvoeren om ASML op de lange termijn te ondersteunen, waarbij de prestatie op het gebied van kwaliteit, logistiek, technologie, kosten en duurzaamheid (QLTCS) essentieel is en de basis vormt voor toekomstige groei. De Account Lead organiseert alle aspecten van de relatie, waaronder technologieroadmapping, kwaliteit, logistieke prestaties en commerciële contracten.

Als Leveranciers Account Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren en uitvoeren van de ontwikkeling van leveranciers en de commerciële relaties met leveranciers binnen een cluster van strategische leveranciers.

**| TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Beheert de ASML - leveranciersrelatie met een langetermijnfocus, gebaseerd op wederzijdse transparantie en vertrouwen.
- Stelt een stakeholder management
- en communicatieplan op en voert dit uit.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en realiseren van wereldwijde strategische, tactische en operationele doelen bij de leverancier, in lijn met de categorie strategie (uitvoeringsplan leveranciersstrategie).
- Volledige wereldwijde QLTCS-verantwoordelijkheid voor de leverancier (kwaliteit, logistiek, technologie, kosten, duurzaamheid).
Prioriteiten stellen binnen de account.
- Begrijpt de belangrijkste waarde-aandrijvers voor elk QLTCS-discipline.
- Stakeholder management cross-functioneel (commercieel, kwaliteit, logistiek, nieuwe productintroducties), op alle niveaus en locaties, bij ASML en de leverancier. Bouwt bruggen tussen interne belanghebbenden en de leverancier.
- Leidt en voorzit wereldwijde review meetings en executive review meetings met ASML en de leverancier.
- Verantwoordelijk voor correcte en tijdige rapportage van de prestaties van de leverancier QLTCS intern en extern.
- Rapporteert aan de groepscategorie manager of Cluster Manager.
- Erkend en "gebruikt" door Leverancier en ASML als sleutel voor elke vorm van escalatie.

**| OPLEIDING EN ERVARING**
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in technische of economische richting.
- Idealiter meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in Inkoop of Verkoop (commerciële rollen).
- Ervaring met nieuwe productintroducties (NPI).
- Technische achtergrond/affiniteit (in staat om TPD te lezen).
- Idealiter in mechanische productie (draaien/frezen).
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend.
