Role and responsibilities

As a QA Officer, you will help Mundipharma in driving quality assurance through active involvement in maintaining the company's QMS compliance with GMP and GDP regulations. You will facilitate efficient product release by orchestrating checks, documentation, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Execute internal QMS tasks such as Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, Complaints, GDP, GMP.
- Facilitate product release by prioritizing tasks with Logistics, performing necessary checks, and coordinating with internal QA and RA systems.
- Compose batch-related documents including Certificates of Conformance and update Quality SharePoint system.
- Administer QMS in accordance with SOP, ensure timely closure of QMS activities, and track metrics/KPIs.
- Support internal Quality procedure updates, Management Review Meetings, and continuous improvement projects.

What you’ll bring
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Previous experience of working or basic understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry or any related industry
- Quality Assurance mindset
- Experience with MasterControl, SharePoint, TrackWise softwares is desirable, but not essential (Training will be provided)
