**De functie**
Als Solution Design Lead (SDL) - Data Collection ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van onze Data Collection discipline. De SDL is de sparringpartner voor de klant, ontwikkelt de lange termijn strategie en vult de roadmap met de best passende oplossingen en innovaties. Vanuit een inhoudelijk gedreven aanpak weet je klanten en Cloud Nine Digital te laten groeien.
Het Data Collection team van Cloud Nine Digital houdt zich bezig met het vormgeven, implementeren en beheren van digitale data oplossingen, zoals tag management, analytics en marketing platformen. Het team pakt uitdagende datavraagstukken op voor een verscheidenheid aan klanten zoals Bol, G-Star, Nationale Nederlanden en Het Concertgebouw. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- De commerciële groei van de Data Collection discipline;
- Het bedenken en vormgeven van roadmaps bij klanten;
- Het vormgeven en begroten van projecten;
- Het beheren van de sales pipeline;
- Het bedenken en optimaliseren van proposities;
- Het uitdragen van de propositie in de markt door mee te werken aan marketing activiteiten.
Natuurlijk doe je dit niet alleen en stuur je anderen in het team aan die je bij deze projecten helpen.

Je hebt ruime ervaring in de wereld van tag management, analytics en marketing. Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en inspireren met mooie plannen. Klanten en collega’s kan je overtuigen door complexe dingen helder en duidelijk uit te leggen. Door jouw aanpak weten klanten precies waar ze aan toe zijn en begrijpen ze goed welke waarde het data collectie team komt brengen. De uitvoer hiervan ligt bij het team, waarbij jij gedurende het traject sparringpartner bent. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:
- Proactief en oplossingsgericht: in het bedenken en uitvoeren van verbeterkansen voor het datateam. Zowel op het vlak van innovatie als opleiding van mensen en groei van de discipline;
- Communicatief: je kan excellent communiceren met klanten en teamgenoten. Je weet collega’s en klanten mee te nemen in oplossingen en proposities en kan mensen overtuigen;
- Leiderschapskwaliteiten: je neemt op natuurlijke wijze de leiding, geeft duidelijke richting aan het team en zorgt ervoor dat teamleden zich gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen;
- Je hebt werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur bij een agency;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (_Working at LevelUp Group or one of its labels requires at least a Dutch professional working proficiency. Therefore, applicants who do not meet this criterion will not be considered)._
