NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace ligt in de oude binnenstad, tegenover Amsterdam Centraal. Ons vijfsterrenhotel heeft alle mogelijke faciliteiten onder 1 dak. Het bestaat uit 19 gebouwen uit de 17e eeuw, heeft een restaurant, Vermeer, een fijne bar Bottles & Jars, diverse vergader
- en event faciliteiten zoals de monumentale Olofskapel en daarnaast ook nog een fitness met sauna en stoombad. Wij zien onszelf als een echt leerbedrijf met een gepassioneerd team, die graag hun kennis in gastvrijheid en gevoel voor luxe overbrengt op nieuwe collega's. We zijn altijd op zoek naar collega's die deel willen uitmaken van onze familie en klaar zijn voor een "nieuw" begin op de "oudste" locatie van Amsterdam

**What are you going to do?**
Als Guest Relations Manager, ben je verantwoordelijk voor serviceverlening in de breedste zin van het woord. Onder andere op het gebied van relatiebeheer met (VIP) gasten, het overtreffen van verwachtingen van gasten, het verstrekken van specifieke toeristische, recreatieve en gastronomische informatie, het boeken en regelen van excursies en het afhandelen van klachten. Daarnaast bekleedt de Guest Relations Manager de (wisselende) rol van Manager on Duty, waarbij hij/zij verantwoordelijk is klachten en calamiteiten in het hotel. Kortom; een zeer veelzijdige en dynamische functie
