**Is je interesse gewekt? Lees verder wat je als Supervisor Business Solutions gaat doen**: Je komt te werken op de afdeling Business Solutions bij Base Logistics Group. We bestaan uit de entiteiten Base Logistics in Moerdijk, Special Logistic Services (SLS) in Breda en HealthLink Europe & International in Waalwijk, ’s-Hertogenbosch en Memphis, Tennessee (USA). Alle entiteiten zijn logistieke dienstverlener met ieder een eigen specialisme waaronder high-tech, medical en innight zending. Wat ons samenbrengt is service en kwaliteit op het hoogste niveau. De afdeling Business Solutions zorgt binnen alle entiteiten voor een vlekkeloze implementatie van de processen onze nieuwe klanten. Erg belangrijk om de beloofde kwaliteit en service te kunnen leveren.

De afdeling Business Solutions bevindt zich in een transitiefase. We maken de overgang van entiteit gedreven teams naar één geïntegreerde afdeling Business Solutions voor Base Logistics Group. Deze transitie heeft met name betrekking op processen, cultuur en teamstructuur. Als Supervisor Business Solutions draag je succesvol bij aan deze transitie.

Als Supervisor Business Solutions heb je meerdere focuspunten. De operationele aansturing om de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve voortgang te bewaken tijdens het implementatieproces en het coachen, begeleiden en aansturen van het Business Solutions team. Je zorgt, samen met het team, dat elke klant de service en kwaliteit krijgt die zij verdient. In deze rol is het enorm van belang om processen en werkzaamheden te controleren, innoveren waar nodig en deze innovaties te verankeren in het proces

Verder ga je aan de slag met:

- Ondersteunen van het salesteam voor het in kaart brengen van footprint analyse, mogelijke ITintegraties en het inzicht krijgen in de huidige situatie en processen bij de klant.
- Vertalen van klant specifieke vereisten naar transport en warehouse managementsysteem gedreven en gecontroleerde werkprocessen, procedures en oplossingen.
- Input leveren aan afdelingsdoelstellingen en lange termijn plannen aan leidinggevenden.
- Het opstellen en monitoren van Key Performance Indicators en actiontrackers.
- Onderhouden van contacten met diverse stakeholders, in
- en extern.
- Analyseren van teamresultaten en onderzoeken naar eventuele afwijkingen.

Aantal uren: Fulltime en parttime (vanaf 32 uur)
Locatie: Moerdijk (in combinatie met alle andere vestigingen en thuiswerken)

- Brutosalaris tussen de € 4.193;

- op basis van 38 uur.
- Auto van de zaak.

- thuiswerkvergoeding per thuisgewerkte dag.
- 24 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid er 10 per jaar bij te kopen op fulltime basis.

Hierbij hoort zowel de (detailgerichte) operationele aansturing en controle, maar ook zeker de (door)ontwikkeling en coaching van het team. Verder vragen we:

- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding op het gebied van commercie of engineering
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Beide talen zijn belangrijk
- Je brengt overzicht, duidelijkheid en structuur. Voor jezelf, maar ook zeker voor je team
- Conceptueel denkvermogen en detailgericht is erg belangrijk om alle processen duidelijk te krijgen.
- Commercieel en resultaat gedreven
- Bereidheid tot het werken over alle vestigingen van Base Logistics Group in Nederland (Waalwijk, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Breda en Moerdijk) en (zeer incidenteel) Amerika (Memphis, Tennessee)
