For this position, we are looking for someone who can speak German but resides in the Netherlands. This role can be performed from the headquarters in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht. Approximately once a month, you will travel to North Rhine-Westphalia.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**For our expansion into Germany, we are looking for a driven and versatile Operational HR Business Partner. In this broad and challenging role, you will work with the team in the Netherlands to establish GORTcoaching in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and ensuring the quality of new coaches, therapists, and psychologists in Germany. Additionally, you will ensure that the procedures established in the Netherlands are smoothly implemented in Germany. You will work closely with the headquarters team in the Netherlands to achieve strategic objectives and ensure smooth operational execution.**

We specialize in providing high-quality coaching, coach training, and psychological services. Our mission is to help people achieve their full potential through professional support and guidance.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment: Selecting and hiring new coaches, therapists, and psychologists..

Culture and Engagement: Promoting engagement among all freelancers.

Onboarding: Ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including training and introductory programs.

Implementing Procedures: Ensuring that the Dutch processes run smoothly in Germany.

Operational Tasks: Handling various operational tasks such as invoicing, contract management, and reviewing translations by ChatGPT.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant GORTcoaching processes in Germany.
