De functie van First line risk manager valt onder de business IT Fundamentals. De First line risk managers rapporteren aan de Product Owner van het Team First line risk.

Wie is Stater eigenlijk? Wellicht heb je nog nooit van ons gehoord, dus wij leggen je graag uit wat we doen. Binnen stater ontwikkelen en leveren wij hypothecaire diensten en platformen voor externe geldgevers. Met onze producten en diensten beheren wij 40% van de hypotheken in Nederland. Werken bij ons is dus werken bij een organisatie die midden in de maatschappij staat met producten die veel Nederlandse gezinnen (in) raken. Onze klanten zijn o.a. grote Nederlandse banken en andere geldverstrekkers.

**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als first line risk manager lever je een bijdrage aan de Tech afdeling door de proces eigenaren te helpen bij het in control zijn. De bent de schakel tussen 2e lijns risk en de proceseigenaren/uitvoerende teams.

De belangrijkste taken zijn:

- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de proceseigenaren (MPO’s en PO’s) op het gebied van het beheersen van risico’s
- Je helpt de proceseigenaar met het vorm geven en inrichting van de controls
- In het geval van bevindingen ondersteun jij de proceseigenaar om de juiste informatie boven water te krijgen
- Je neemt de leiding in het opstellen van rapportages voor de 2e lijn op basis van de input van de proceseigenaar
- Je neemt de organisatie mee in risicobewustwording en eventuele trainingen.
- Je ondersteunt de proceseigenaar met verbeteringen wat betreft de controles op basis van de gegeven requirements.

- MOI coördinatie
- Operationeel risk coordinatie
- Je bent bekend met het tech control framework
- Coördineren van PBO’s en beleidsstukken

**Skills**:
**Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?**:
Iemand met:

- HBO/Universitair Werk
- en denkniveau;
- Opleiding in de richting van AO-IC; het liefst risk management
- Je bent bekend met diverse certificeringen zoals ISO, ISAE, DORA, DNB
- Je bent analytisch sterk
- Je bent erg kritisch en bent opzoek naar verbeteringen
- Management consulting vaardigheden

Competenties:
