**What you will do as Marketing Director Industry & Buildings**:
In the role of Marketing Director Industry & Buildings, you will lead a team of 12 marketing professionals and you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to our growth and strengthen our market position in the Netherlands and internationally. Your core tasks include:

- Translating the business line strategy into a marketing vision and strategy that contribute to achieving the organization's short and long-term goals. You drive strategic marketing initiatives and ensure optimal alignment and collaboration with the business teams.
- Building and leading a diverse marketing team: directing, coaching, and motivating a team of marketing professionals. Effectively delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Developing and executing the internal communication plan for the business line, and supporting the Business Line Director with her communication to employees in various countries. Working closely with our Business Line Director and helping her increase her impact by developing and executing strategic communication plans.
- Optimizing marketing excellence by implementing new practices.
- Managing and optimizing the marketing budget by making strategic choices to maximize ROI.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You work closely with our sales colleagues, corporate brand and communication team, and other Business Line marketing directors to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Within the Industry & Buildings business line, we work with 2,100 enthusiastic and energetic colleagues in a broad and challenging international market. Within the Business Line, there are projects in areas such as government and education, FMCG, healthcare, environment & energy, safety, and data centers.

As Marketing Director Industry & Buildings, you will be part of the MT of the business line. The marketing team consists of 12 marketing professionals and is divided into three teams: the Growth Team, the Digital Team, and the Content Team. They develop marketing plans, content, and campaigns for the various markets of the business line to grow and retain customers, aligned with the strategies for each market.

**What you bring**:
You bring a clear vision and strategic insight into how best to lead and develop your marketing team. You have a proven record with change management and a clear vision of how to transform a marketing and communication team into a successful commercial marketing team. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following points:

- **You currently live in the Netherlands (must)**:

- You are collaborative, entrepreneurial, think outside the box, and have a clear vision for the future.
- Preferably, you have a master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant (marketing) experience within an international complex B2B and/or B2G organization, where you work closely with commercial teams to achieve business growth together.
- Preferably, knowledge and experience in marketing consultancy.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading, developing and coaching a marketing team.
- You have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. You have the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others towards a shared vision and goals.
- You are committed to the professional and personal development of your team members and ensure a safe working environment.
- You are available for at least 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
