**What impact will you make?
As the Sales Director EMEA at Bizzdesign, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across Europe. Your primary focus will be on selling our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform Horrizon. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer of Bizzdesign.

**Your tasks include:
**Achievement of New Sales**:

- Drive new sales, including expansion sales (upsell), with a focus on revenue growth within your assigned territory. Develop and execute a penetration plan tailored to the European market.

**Account Portfolio Development**:

- Build and manage a portfolio of accounts for our flagship product, Horrizon.
- Identify growth synergies and strategic opportunities within the European market segments. Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Account teams to plan effective Go-To-Market strategies.

**Partner Management**:

- Establish and maintain a partner network to ensure comprehensive market coverage. Proactively drive channel partnerships and collaborations to maximize market reach.

**Operational Effectiveness**:

- Continuously improve team performance and results.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline visibility and probable deals for strategic planning. Foster operational excellence within the sales team.

**Leadership and Motivation**:

- Through your exceptional leadership skills, and ability to lead, and manage senior executives, notably Senior Account Executives, you can create an environment conducive to their performance & accomplishments, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and fostering excellence within the team. Your role extends to mentoring the Inside Sales team, offering invaluable support in overcoming sales challenges. Through your guidance and expertise, you help them navigate obstacles effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.

**What are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or any related field.
- You must have a significant background in Account Management, a Senior Account Manager background, and/or Account Management team leadership experience within a SaaS company (7 years of experience as a Sales contributor, and 5 years of experience as a Manager/ Team Lead).
- You preferably have experience with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and/or Business Architecture.
- You must demonstrate different influencing styles as appropriate to the situation, whilst demonstrating a history of successfully building and maintaining trusting relationships with colleagues and customers.
- You have a high level of exposure to multisector and international environments and the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all cultures and backgrounds.
- You have a successful history of closing businesses and over-achieving quota.
- You preferably have an MBA, PMI, and PMP certifications.
- You have demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.
- You must have strategic thinking and competence in analyzing and managing complex business situations.
- You must have experience with budget management and expense reporting.
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
- You have a “hands-on” and “roll-up-your-sleeves” collaborating attitude. You have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
