**Wat je doet als Marketing Director Industry & Buildings**:
In de rol van Marketing Director Industry & Buildings leid je een team van 12 marketingprofessionals en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van marketingstrategieën die bijdragen aan onze groei en onze Nederlandse en internationale marktpositie versterken. Jouw kerntaken bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het vertalen van de business line strategie naar een marketingvisie en -strategie die bijdragen aan het behalen van de korte en lange termijn doelstellingen van de organisatie. Je stuurt strategische marketinginitiatieven aan en zorgt voor een optimale afstemming en samenwerking met de business teams.
- Bouwen aan en leiden van een divers marketingteam: aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team marketingprofessionals. Effectief taken delegeren, prestaties monitoren en een samenwerkende en creatieve werkomgeving bevorderen.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het interne communicatieplan voor de business line, en het ondersteunen van de Business Line Director met haar communicatie richting de medewerkers in verschillende landen. Nauwe samenwerking met onze Business Line Director en haar helpen bij het vergroten van haar impact door strategische communicatieplannen te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren.
- Optimaliseren van marketing excellence door nieuwe werkwijzen te implementeren.
- Beheren en optimaliseren van het marketingbudget door strategische keuzes te maken om de ROI te maximaliseren.

Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met belangrijke stakeholders. Je hebt een nauwe samenwerking met onze sales collega’s, corporate brand en communicatieteam, en andere Business Line marketing directors om afstemming en samenwerking te waarborgen.

Binnen de business line Industry & Buildings werken wij met 2100 enthousiaste en energieke collega’s in een brede en uitdagende internationale markt.. Binnen de Business Line zijn er projecten in onder andere de volgende richtingen: overheid en educatie, FMCG, health care,, milieu & energie, veiligheid en datacenters.

Als marketing director Industry & Buildings word je onderdeel van het MT van de business line. Het marketingteam bestaat uit 12 marketingprofessionals en bestaat uit drie kernteams: het Growth Team, het Digital Team en het Content Team. Ze ontwikkelen de marketingplannen, -content en -campagnes voor de verschillende markten van de business line om klanten te laten groeien en te behouden, afgestemd op de strategieën voor elke markt.

**Wat je meebrengt**:
Je brengt een duidelijke visie en strategisch inzicht in hoe je jouw marketingteam het beste kan aansturen en ontwikkelen. Je hebt ervaring met verandermanagent en hebt een heldere visie over hoe je een marketing
- en communicatieteam kan omvormen naar een succesvol commercieel marketingteam. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

- Je bent samenwerkingsgericht, ondernemen, denkt buiten de bekende paden en hebt een duidelijke visie richting de toekomst.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in marketing, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied, of gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
- Minimaal 10 jaar relevante (marketing)ervaring binnen een internationale complexe B2B en/of B2G organisatie waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met commerciële teams om samen bedrijfsgroei te realiseren.
- Bij voorkeur kennis en ervaring op het gebied van het vermarkten van consultancy.
- 3-5 jaar ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van een team.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatie-, stakeholdermanagement
- en leiderschapsvaardigheden. Je hebt het vermogen om anderen te inspireren, motiveren en beïnvloeden richting een gezamenlijke visie en doelstellingen.
- Je bent toegewijd aan de professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van jouw teamleden en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving.
- Je bent mínimaal 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
