Yokogawa Test & Measurement is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, lead generation campaigns, and digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. You will develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, monitor and analyze performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management. Collaborate with the global marketing team to align with overall marketing objectives and maintain brand consistency. Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and customer communication. Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and market adoption.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, business development, or technical marketing in the Test & Measurement industry or a related sector. Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and lead generation. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, and content marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and proactively drive marketing initiatives. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
