The Triumph Group is a member of the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI).Your Responsibilities: Maintain strong dialogue and internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercial, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives Working together with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts, campaigns & repositioning strategies (inc. development of tools, trade shows, events and internal meetings/conferences) Management and delivery of B2B communication tools (B2B digital newsletter, communication tools such as imagery and digital banners on B2B portal, catalogue & flyer printing) Supporting the sales team in developing 'on brand' tools and communication assets to win new business Run seasonal sell in analysis to understand product distribution across wholesale environment Build relevant & localised B2C bespoke marketing plans for gold & platinum level key/strategic wholesale accounts (either digital or in store, or combination of both) Communicating the PR/media approach to key account partners – such as new launches, campaigns or calendar moments to ensure brand marketing investments are aligned and leveraged in within key & strategic wholesale accounts Building a simple, streamlined B2C marketing approach in bronze & silver level accounts such as POS or digital toolkits for self-assembly/use Reporting on and learning from results, calculating and communicating ROI – working closely with sales Budget management of trade marketing investment, including management of vendor information/new vendor creation Processing and recording invoices in a timely and accurate way Your ideal profile: Strong retail, wholesale or trade marketing experience gained ideally in similar industry Comprehensive knowledge of/experience working with key accounts Proven success in building presence in store & online, demonstrating ability to drive presence, engagement & sell thru Social media, industry and trend savvy Strong organisational and planning skills Able to work independently and in an assertive way Team player with positive attitude Fluent in English and Dutch – must have, French – an asset Good MS Office skills We continuously strive to recruit new talent, offering them one of the textile industry's most international working environments, excellent conditions and great development opportunities in a company still owned and managed by the founding families.
