The Role
- Take ownership of the Customer Service team, focusing on professionalising service delivery and fostering a customer-first culture.
- Optimise service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Encourage a proactive, problem-solving mindset within the team.
- Act as the first escalation point for complex issues.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and leverage upsell and customer growth opportunities.
- Standardise workflows and best practices across the department.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in the software industry.
- 3+ years' leadership experience in a customer service or support environment.
- Strong expertise in customer service strategy, process optimization, and coaching.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring and improving service KPIs.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Experience with automation and software applications is essential.
