We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic **Content Marketing Manager** to join our team As the **Content Marketing Manager**, you will be instrumental in developing and executing an effective content strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You'll have the opportunity to oversee the creation of various content types, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and consistent with our brand voice. Additionally, you'll play a key role in repurposing content to maximize its reach and impact across different platforms. What is special about this role, is that it combines the responsibilities for two different companies: INDG, a CGI services company and Grip, a SaaS solution.

**What will you be doing?**
- ** Content Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Manage the content calendar for consistent high-quality content delivery. Identify content gaps and opportunities for improved audience engagement.
- ** Content Creation**:Oversee the creation of diverse content types, including blogs, webinars, case studies, guides, reports, and podcasts. Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and partners to gather insights and produce motivating, educational, and informative content. Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and adheres to brand voice.
- ** Content Repurposing**:Transform content into various formats to extend reach and impact.
- ** SEO & Analytics**:Optimize content for search engines and improve search rankings. Monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights. Report on key metrics and ROI.
- ** Collaboration & Leadership**:Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager and the marketing team to align content with campaigns and objectives. Provide guidance to content partners and freelancers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
**Would be amazing if you have**:
- 5+ years as a Content Marketing Manager with most of those at a B2B company
- Proven track record of driving company growth through content
- A portfolio of content assets you’ve created/produced
- Outstanding project management and storytelling skills.
- Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of content programs.
- Fluent English skills
