**Wij zijn Maxdoro**

Een innovatief en dynamisch softwarebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het ontwikkelen van enterprise oplossingen die cruciale operationele processen efficiënter, sneller en veiliger maken. Maxdoro is expert in cloud native softwareontwikkeling, gespecialiseerd in mobiele efficiëntie-oplossingen. Op dit moment werken er +/- 40 professionals bij Maxdoro, zowel binnen de interne organisatie aan onze producten of als consultant bij onze opdrachtgevers. Wij zetten ons in door de laatste technologische trends voor onze klanten om te zetten in gebruiksvriendelijke en innoverende apps. Je kent ons mogelijk van onze eigen mobiele oplossingen Incontrol, Inspect4All, InSZicht, De Opleverapp en eLabgids. Met onze product Incontrol faciliteren we slimme inspecties en rapportages voor onze klanten.

**Wat ga jij doen?**

Jij gaat ons customer successteam helpen bij het het verlenen van ondersteuning aan onze bestaande klanten in de vorm van service en form building, het in kaart brengen van de uitdagingen van de klant en je levert een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van onze producten. Met jouw input zorg je voor behoud en tevredenheid van onze klanten.

Je zal nauw samenwerken met een senior consultant binnen ons bedrijf. Jullie hebben wekelijks contact met klanten betreft het gebruik, de inrichting en optimalisatie van onze producten.

**Waar zijn we naar op zoek?**
- Een student met een achtergrond in bedrijfskunde of informatica, of soortgelijks;
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt ervaring en/of affiniteit met software, techniek en klantgerichte dienstverlening;
- Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en bent proactief
- Je bent 2 á 3 dagen per week beschikbaar. Fysieke aanwezigheid op kantoor heeft de voorkeur.
