Mollie is on a mission to become the most loved Payment Service Provider in Europe.

Partnerships, including System Integrators, are a critical part of our commercial strategy and plan towards profitable growth. We are looking for a strong, commercially driven individual to drive the expansion of our System Integrator partnerships in the BeNeLux region.

You’ll be responsible for closing new partnerships with System Integrators with a main focus on the BeNeLux markets. You are a self-starter with a high level of ownership who can work with partners on different levels: operational as well as strategic. You can develop an understanding of the underlying opportunities, develop ways to pursue these and have the drive to successfully own them in order to generate leads.

You’ll work closely with the local and central teams and functions. As part of our global Customer Engagement craft, you’ll report to the Head of Agency partnerships and are part of the Partnerships domain, consisting of 35+ FTE.

**What you'll be doing**
- As part of the global partnerships team, you will be responsible for establishing new partnerships with global system integrators, consulting as well as Investment firms to further accelerate our growth in the large customer segment in the BeNeLux market.
- You will be responsible for developing, owning as well as executing our Go-To-Market within the enterprise segment to drive lead generation.
- Add global system integrators, investment firms and associations as well as industry influencers to your partner portfolio through different measures such as outbound, Mollie's internal senior network and events.
- Establish relationships and build a community with the right stakeholders within these organisations, building and presenting meaningful business cases, connecting stakeholders at the C-Level and growing commercially successful partnerships.
- Develop an attractive offering and collaboration approach for investment companies and drive adoption of it.
- Facilitate a diverse set of activities with your partners incl. co-marketing and co-selling to drive leads and introductions to the right prospects.
- Work alongside our sales team to win deals that were sourced through your partners.

**What you'll bring**
- Above 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, channel sales, direct sales, adjacent functions within a software company, consulting or an investment company.
- Understanding and experience of the buying process of large Enterprise companies / merchants, such as through RfP processes and have ideally already sold to or partnered with this customer segment.
- Existing network within global system integrators or investment companies in the BeNeLux market.
- Proven track record in building and structuring of successful and trustful partnerships with larger organisations incl. their C-Level as well as their SME stakeholders.
- Ability to work with complex organisations and a multitude of stakeholders.
- Ability to find new opportunities and follow-up on them.
- Fluency in** Dutch** and in English.
- Based in Amsterdam.
- Willingness to travel.
