Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Client team in the learning to collaborate with offshore teams
- Own the Transition plan of services from Client & Local Vendors to ITC Infotech
- **Service Delivery Management**:

- Oversee the delivery of IT services across Data Center operations, Service Desk, Field Service, and Digital Workplace initiatives.
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established SLAs and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and operational processes**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members achieve their goals.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions regarding IT service delivery.
- **Travel Requirements**:

- Travel frequently across the Netherlands to visit service delivery sites, engage with teams, and meet stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing travel schedules and locations as necessary to ensure effective management and oversight.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services management,
- Proven experience in delivering IT services in Data Center, Service Desk, Field Service, and Digital Workplace environments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Good knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure technologies.

Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- **Leadership Skills**:

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Certification) are a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: €400,00 - €580,00 per day

**Experience**:

- IT infrastructure and cloud services management: 10 years (preferred)
- IT services in Data Center, Service Desk, Field Service: 5 years (preferred)
- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud: 3 years (preferred)

Work authorization:

- Netherlands (preferred)
