In the role of Hotel Operations Manager, you are the end responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You do this together with a dedicated group of Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast and Maintenance team members. You naturally inspire your team members with your upbeat personality, and you find it important to create a positive and inclusive work environment. You will constantly be looking for improvements, optimization and new ideas. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Operations Director.

**This is what you're going to do**
- Manage, coach and supervise all departments being Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Breakfast.
- Responsible for a strategic operational plan and being able to come up with ideas to improve the operation and overall results_;_
- See new business opportunities and develop them;
- You live the brand of Max Brown and make sure your team does the same;
- Actively interview & select new team members;
- Work closely with different HQ departments for example Revenue Management, Marketing and People & Culture.

To succeed in this role, you preferably should have a Bachelors degree in Tourism or Hospitality and have a proven experience in a management position in the Hospitality Industry.

We expect you to have an operational mind-set yet a creative mind, who drives innovative ideas to increase guest satisfaction and revenue. You also speak and write in Dutch and English. It goes without saying that you are an inspiring manager who can make strategic decisions, has a helicopter view and is able to create and nurture a professional and inspiring environment to your guests and team.

I joined our buzzing company in 2017 after starting my career mostly abroad. Since then I have taken on various leadership roles starting as Hotel Manager for Sir Adam, followed by Sir Albert and Park Centraal Amsterdam. In my role, I now oversee the operational part of the Spanish and Dutch Hotels. In the new Hotel Operations Manager of Max Brown Museum Square, I hope to find an energetic team leader with a thorough eye for detail.
