We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team. As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our SAAS (Science as a Service) platform, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for NOWATCH globally, including managing the US market. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the SAAS sales process, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our SAAS (Science as a Service) platform.
- Manage and grow the market worldwide until it becomes too complex to handle alone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and share knowledge with colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary degree in business studies, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B SAAS sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing sales in the US market is a plus including the health industry.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
