We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager who can maintain the overview at all times with the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. In this role, you'll oversee all check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions. As Assistant Front Office Manager you are responsible for leading, coaching, training and motivating your team. In addition, you know how to approach guests and through your authenticity you give each guest a unique feeling by creating Authentic Luxury moments.

Your main responsibilities are;
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the Front Office;
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues;
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction;
- Monitoring KPI’s and making adjustments when necessary;
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures;
- Maintaining accurate records of front office operations, transactions and inventories;
- Implementing policies and procedures to improve front Office efficiency and customer service;
- Take every opportunity to improve the guest satisfaction and walk the extra mile;
- Contact for all the guests during major events in regards to arrival, stay and departure;
- Controlling turnover, costs and other financial aspects.
